Supporting the Police Community ... seems reasonable, so what do we do? What can we do?

For the thousands of Minnesota Law Enforcement Officers and their families, it's more than a nicety, it's not an option, it's a necessity for their well being and survival (both figuratively and literally).

According to the US Bureau of Justice Statistics’ 2008 Census of State and Local Law Enforcement Agencies, the state had 448 law enforcement agencies employing 9,667 sworn police officers.

In addition, there is the Minnesota State Patrol which is comprised of 591 uniform personnel.
